The experience was quite remarkable during my 4-night stay. I was especially impressed by the breathtaking balcony view from my Junior Suite, which gave me a lovely perspective of the bustling streets below. I took advantage of the hotel's prime location to visit the nearby Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Hanoi Night Market. One highlight of my stay was the scrumptious breakfast, offering a wide variety of options that really energized me for the day ahead. I can't forget to mention Vy, whose exceptional service made my visit feel extra special, with her thoughtful touches and assistance during my adventures.

arriving early was an absolute nightmare with a sleepy receptionist, really sets the mood for your stay, right? noise everywhere— couldn’t sleep a wink. i did expect a complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences, at least a fruit basket or something. disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it, almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. We had some lovely walks with our small dog in the neighborhood, and the staff made us feel right at home. Kevin was especially helpful in avoiding overpriced tours, so we had some delightful meals on our own.
In my wife’s opinion, more noise insulation would be great for families.

Just an ideal choice for a short break in Hanoi with great value for the money. The staff was super helpful, offering great local recommendations for restaurants. There’s a lot of street noise, so maybe bring earplugs.

The location was prime for exploring the local food scene, with eateries around every corner. I felt a sense of relief when the front desk eventually got me a better room and the staff seemed genuinely nice.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still manageable.

great stay but minor noise concerns
I enjoyed the exceptional service from the staff, which truly made my visit memorable. The room was elegantly decorated, providing both comfort and a peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something for everyone's taste. I particularly loved the city view from my room's balcony, offering a gorgeous perspective of the bustling streets below.
The noise insulation in the rooms could be improved for a more tranquil experience.

Arriving in the early hours, the reception was welcoming, and an unexpected room upgrade was a delightful surprise. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including local vegetables, setting the tone for a pleasant start to the day. However, the lack of ventilation in the breakfast area led to a crowded dining experience, and some maintenance issues, such as malfunctioning lights and the absence of a fridge, slightly marred the stay.
